CCAM TEXT MESSAGE TERMS OF USE

By "accepting" or using a "text message service" (as defined below) from CCAM, communicated verbally, in writing, by text message or by email, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement is between you and CCAM or one of its subsidiaries. All references to "we", "our" or "us" refer to CCAM.

DEFINITIONS

"Acceptance" means requesting, joining, accepting, signing up for, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

"Text message service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS or successor protocols/technologies).

CONSENT TO TEXT MESSAGES

By agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms as well as our privacy policy.

ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURE (E-SIGN)

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent by replying STOP.

CCAM TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We only use the information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and to respond to you. This includes, without limitation, sharing information with platform providers, telephone companies and other service providers who help us deliver the messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text message opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

However, we reserve the right to disclose any information if necessary to comply with a law, regulation or government request, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property.

This privacy policy applies to your use of the text message service and does not modify our general privacy policy, incorporated by reference above, which may govern our relationship in other contexts.

ACCEPTANCE OF SMS UPDATES

By texting START to 514-331-6571, you consent to receive personalized, informational and support messages from CCAM.

TEXT MESSAGE COSTS

We do not charge you for messages sent or received through this service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your plan with your mobile carrier or other provider.

TEXT MESSAGE FREQUENCY

This service is intended for conversational communication between you and our employees. We may send you an initial message with service details. Thereafter, the number of messages will depend on your use of the service and the actions you take (such as sending a HELP request).

TYPES OF TEXT MESSAGES

This service is intended for direct and personalized communication between you and our employees. We may send you conversational, informational and support messages.

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES

If you no longer wish to receive text messages, you can reply to any message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Since this is a direct communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation and associated phone number. After opting out, we may send you a confirmation message.
