The MADC is proud to launch a new partnership with the Centre de services scolaire de la Pointe-de-l’Île (CSPI) and Service Québec to support their latest initiative. A CSPI team has been tasked with guiding and mentoring vocational training graduates as they seek employment that truly matches their talents.
At the MADC, our mission is to support our members across various business sectors; we identified this partnership as a way to help you tackle your recruitment challenges.
The CSPI offers over 40 vocational training programs across a wide range of fields, including automotive sales consulting, accounting, secretarial work, automotive mechanics, and more.
The program offers members:
Distribution of your job postings to a large pool of candidates who meet your requirements.
Access to networking activities and opportunities—both online and in-person (conditions permitting)—to showcase your job openings, company, culture, and specific needs.
Access to advice from human resources professionals.
This service is entirely free. To maximize the chances of a successful match, we ask that you share your job postings with us, be available to meet with interested graduates, provide clear details regarding your needs and expectations, and ensure that the onboarding process aligns with the original job offer. Ultimately, we provide the solutions, but the choice is yours!
